The Future of the Enterprise Workplace at the Enterprise Mashups Summit
Abstract:
Enterprises continue to struggle rolling out activity-centric applications to business users. While traditional portals have reached their limitations new technologies like mashups and composite rich Internet applications enable an integrated and context-specific application experience leveraging existing portal services and business applications. We will discuss the drivers for activity-centric applications, use cases with focus on customer processes as well as underlying technologies like Adobe LiveCycle Mosaic to enable user-friendly and context aware applications leveraging existing enterprise software assets.

Speaker Biography:
Matthias Zeller (@matzeller) is passionate about enterprise collaboration, rich Internet applications, user experience and social software. He is a Group Product Manager for LiveCycle ES at Adobe Systems and focuses on rich Internet applications for the enterprise. From 2003 to 2007 Matthias was the Product Manager for the Adobe SAP alliance. He has been an SAP Mentor since 2007. Matthias has over fifteen years of experience in product management of enterprise software in the USA and Germany. Prior to Adobe, he worked for Commerce One, Sterling Commerce, and GE.
